We are pleased to introduce the first Android application that offers access to an Amazigh Amawal (dictionary) on-the-go.

This straightforward and functional application caters not only to Amazigh speakers but also to anyone interested in the Amazigh language. It has been meticulously crafted to provide access to over 70,000 Tamazight words and their French counterparts, primarily sourced from authoritative lexicons like M. Mammeri's Amawal, Dallet, the universal bilingual dictionary: Tamazight - French, Ccix -iw, among others.

The user-friendly interface allows seamless navigation between languages and the selection of preferred Amazigh scripts, be it Latin or Tifinagh. Built-in features, such as the share option, enable users to easily send words and their translations to friends via platforms like Skype, Facebook, facilitating the expansion of Tamazight vocabulary.

Additional features include the option to bookmark words for a customized collection (cache memory) and the ability to select a preferred Tifinagh font style and font size adjustment based on personal preferences.

This pioneering application, with more versions in the pipeline, welcomes feedback from users to enhance and refine future iterations.
